Brain Train Jumping & Balancing Challenge

All you need for this Jumping & Balancing Challenge are pieces of paper with the numbers 1 through 5, and if you don’t have a bosu just hopping on 1 leg will be equally challenging. Find a space to lay out the numbers in a circle. Stand in the middle and see if you can hop onto each number (in order) and then try it on the other leg. Once you have mastered this, Fran has an advanced challenge for you – are you up for it?
